A valid ID card or passport and a driving licence held for at least 1 year. Drivers must be 21 or older.
Yes. The deposit is €300 for the Škoda Superb and VW Passat and €500 for the Audi A4. It is paid in cash or by bank transfer and is held for the entire duration of the rental; upon the vehicle's trouble-free return, it is refunded in full.
Every vehicle carries mandatory third-party liability insurance. By taking the vehicle over you assume responsibility for any damage caused to it during the rental — collision damage cover can be added at booking.
A booking can be changed free of charge up to one week before pickup. A cancellation fee may be charged for later changes or cancellations.
Pickup & drop-off
The vehicle can be picked up and dropped off between 07:00 and 17:00. An individual time outside this window can be arranged with us in advance.
1 rental day is 24 hours from the moment the vehicle is picked up. For example, if you collect the vehicle on Monday at 10:00, the rental day ends on Tuesday at 10:00.
You collect and return the vehicle with a full tank. If it isn't full on return, we will refill the missing fuel at the current price and charge a €50 fee on top.
Rules during the rental
Yes, you may take the vehicle to Austria, Germany, Czechia, Poland and Hungary. Travel to other countries is possible by prior agreement. Please always let us know in advance whether the vehicle will enter any low-emission ("green") zones, so we can arrange the required sticker and adjust the insurance cover.
No, smoking is strictly forbidden in all of our vehicles.
Fees & damages
You receive the vehicle clean, both inside and out, and are expected to return it in the same condition. Washing the vehicle in automatic (brush-type) car washes is not allowed, as they can damage the paintwork. An excessively dirty vehicle is subject to a fee of at least €50 (depending on vehicle type); in cases of extreme soiling requiring upholstery shampooing, the fee is €250.
Losing the vehicle's keys incurs a fee of €300 to €1000 (depending on vehicle type). Losing the vehicle's documents incurs a fee of at least €250.
